With Kyocera Mita's advanced technology and long-life consumables, dealers and end-users can be confident that they're getting the most reliable and productive products available in the market today. Kyocera Mita is proud to be honored with the 2003 Most Reliable MFP Product honor from Industry Analysts. This is further proof of Kyocera Mita's dedication to the marketplace and commitment to designing the most effective and reliable MFPs in the industry.

Who?
Every year Industry Analysts, a marketing and management-consulting firm specializing in research and training program development for the office automation industry, interviews service managers in copier dealerships to determine what they think of the brands they sell and work with most frequently.

Why?
Dealer service managers know more about the relative quality, cost and reliability of various brands because they work with them every day. They are true experts on which products perform the best.

Where?
The Industry Analyst performed interviews with dealer service managers in copier dealerships nationwide - which represent nearly 50,000 installed Multifunctional Products (MFPs).

What?
Dealer service managers are contacted by telephone and mail to evaluate Kyocera Mita's multifunctional products on critical factors such as reliability, image quality, operability, functionality, maintenance and cost of operation. Out of the 15 categories, technicians gave Kyocera Mita the highest ratings in 14 of 15 categories, including Product Reliability (9.1), General Ease of Maintenance (9.2), Copy and Print Image Quality (9.1, 9.2) and an overall rating of 9.0 out of 10.0.

Industry Analyst also compiled a 'Recommended Purchase' and 'Best of Class' list. Based upon the perceptions of service managers interviewed who have serviced each model, Kyocera Mita has recorded nine models on this year's 'Recommended Purchase' list, more than any other vendor in the survey and 'Best in Class' honors for the KM-5530 and theKM-6330.
